Jordan began her immigration law practice to solve complex immigration issues for individuals, families, and businesses with respect, integrity, service, and excellence. In November of 2016, her firm merged to form Cauley Forsythe Law Group. Jordan is an active participant in the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) both nationally and within the Carolinas Chapter. She is a frequent speaker and panelist on current immigration issues. Jordan’s story is unique and impactful.

Jordan became an attorney to help one person. The story of one immigrant motivated her to start walking on the path that has led to hundreds of stories of changed lives throughout her years of practice. Jordan speaks self-taught Spanish. She is a life-long learner, and she is fulfilled by helping others. She is driven to help immigrants, because she feels that she gives voices to those people whose voices have not been heard. Throughout her career as an immigration attorney, Jordan has been involved with litigation that has not only impacted local immigration, but immigration on a national level.

Jordan is a mentor to peers in the community, and she continues to connect with people across the country in the immigration field to widen her network of impact. She enjoys working on very complex cases to find solutions to problems that have been unsolvable before. Jordan is well known for her work as an advocate to all immigrants; she celebrates diversity and strives for inclusion with everything she does for her clients. Jordan still feels the excitement and passion of practicing law that she experienced on day one of working as an attorney.
